Job Description
We are looking to expand our amazing team due to business growth and high demand for services.
We pay £11.77 - £13.44 (includes holiday pay) and double-time Bank Holiday pay.
You will be visiting regular people in the community for a minimum of 1 hour to support with a variety of needs, such as assisting them to prepare a meal, help with medication, personal care, keeping socially and physically active, and most importantly to offer companionship and a listening ear.
No care experience is necessary but you will need to be a naturally caring, observant and intuitive individual. Elements of personal care may be involved, so the right candidate will be willing to explore this through training and shadow shifts.
