The Role

• Develop and implement strategic sales recommendations for new and existing commercial clients.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and propose effective solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Achieve sales goals through proactive prospecting and lead management.
• Utilize provided sales tools and technology to document agreements and manage client interactions.
• Prioritize safety and professionalism in all aspects of customer interactions and work.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a pesticide license (company paid).
• No prior experience required; sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in various environments, including tight spaces and outdoors.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in diverse weather conditions.
