AWS Architect

We are seeking an experienced AWS Solutions Architect to support the design, implementation, and modernization of cloud infrastructure for enterprise and government clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience architecting secure, scalable, and highly available solutions within AWS environments while working closely with business and technical stakeholders. This role requires expertise in cloud architecture, security, automation, DevOps, and migration strategies.

<>Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective AWS cloud solutions.
• Architect and support cloud migrations, modernization initiatives, and application deployments.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with application, security, and engineering teams to ensure cloud best practices and compliance requirements are met.
• Optimize cloud performance, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

<>Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years as an AWS Solutions Architect.
• Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

<>Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
• Experience supporting Federal / Government clients.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
