Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced DB Developer / Apache Druid DBA with strong database development and Apache Druid administration experience.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PL/SQL, MySQL, Apache Druid, and preferably a strong Telecom domain background, specifically with Verizon.
Required Skills:
5 8 years of experience in Database Development / DBA
Strong experience with PL/SQL and MySQL
Hands-on experience with Apache Druid
Strong experience in Druid database administration and development
Telecom domain experience is required
Verizon experience is highly preferred / required
Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Apache Druid DBA
Administer, maintain, and monitor Apache Druid clusters
Perform database and query performance tuning and optimization
Manage cluster capacity, scalability, and availability
Ensure high availability and data integrity
Monitor Druid cluster health and troubleshoot performance issues
Support large-scale analytics platforms and high-volume data environments
Perform configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and operational support
Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to optimize Druid workloads.
