General Manager – BM Caterers
Location: 1 St Giles High St, London WC2H 8NU
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum Contract: Full time - Permanent
Start Date: 4th December. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
Lead a site, inspire a team, shape the experience
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead one of our sites and help deliver the food, service and culture BM Caterers is known for.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong hospitality leader who is passionate about people, operational excellence, innovation and client relationships.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the overall site operation
- Managing service standards, budgets and day-to-day performance
- Building strong relationships with clients and customers
- Inspiring, developing and supporting your team
- Driving food quality, innovation and customer satisfaction
- Managing cost controls and financial performance
- Ensuring compliance and company standards are maintained
- Bringing BM culture and energy to life on site
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a management role within hospitality or contract catering
- A confident, engaging leadership style
- Strong commercial and operational awareness
- A passion for food, service and people development
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
