About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-scale initiatives across multiple business and technology functions. This role is responsible for driving projects from initiation through closure, ensuring outcomes align with strategic objectives, stakeholder expectations, budget targets, and delivery commitments. The ideal candidate brings deep project leadership expertise, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects across planning, execution, governance, monitoring, and closure phases.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success metrics, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource allocations.
  • Drive collaboration across engineering, product, architecture, quality assurance, security, operations, and business teams.
  • Establish project governance frameworks, executive reporting, financial controls, and performance dashboards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring timely resolutions and escalation where appropriate.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, clients, sponsors, vendors, and delivery teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, as well as organizational standards and compliance requirements.
  • Lead change management, operational readiness, transition planning, and business adoption activities.
  • Mentor and coach project managers and team members while contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree and/or MBA preferred.
  • 18+ years of overall professional experience.
  • 12+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience delivering projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Salary $90,000 to $120,000/per annum i.e. the range is salary not including bonus.
The compensation range in this posting reflects the Company's good-faith estimate at the time of publication. The applicable base pay range for any individual will be determined based on the candidate's designated primary work location as well as factors including role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual's experience, education, skills, knowledge, and performance. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as discretionary merit increases, bonuses, or sales-based variable compensation in accordance with applicable plans and role requirements.
Due to U.S. Government requirements applicable to foreign-owned telecommunications providers, non-s may be required to submit to an extensive government agency background check which will necessitate disclosure of sensitive Personally Identifiable Information.
