Job Description

Sares-Regis Group seeks a Senior Human Resources Specialist to support our multifamily, industrial, and corporate teams across the Western U.S. In this role, you'll manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and HR compliance while advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. You'll leverage HRIS data to drive decisions, coordinate training, and champion a culture of integrity, collaboration, and accountability. This position offers the opportunity to shape high-performing teams and contribute to impactful real estate and property management projects in a professional, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with property and corporate leaders to support full employee lifecycle for real estate and property management teams
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for multifamily, industrial, and corporate roles
  • Administer benefits, leaves, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with federal and CA employment laws
  • Advise managers on performance management, coaching, corrective action, and terminations
  • Support employee relations investigations and resolve workplace issues with fairness and confidentiality
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and HR metrics to support reporting and decision-making
  • Coordinate and deliver HR-related training and compliance programs
  • Drive engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives aligned with company values
  • Support compensation reviews and job evaluations in partnership with HR leadership
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and special HR projects
