The Role

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and existing clients, as well as prospective new business.
• Effectively communicate with clients and internal production teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed established goals for lawn and snow services.
• Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with a diverse client base.
• Prepare professional proposals and maintain clear, concise communications for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to ensure a positive client experience.

What You'll Need

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant experience will be considered).
• 3-5 years of prior sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities concurrently.
• Prior experience in landscape operations management.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to conduct site visits and inspections.
