Title                      : Business Analyst – Data & Operations

 Rate: $74/hr on W2

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in ETRM, SQL, Data Operations, and Business Analysis to support data and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, process mapping, creating user stories, and managing backlogs in Azure DevOps.

Must-Have Skills:

·         ETRM

·         SQL

·         Data & Operations

·         Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering

·         Process mapping and user story creation

·         Azure DevOps

Nice-to-Have Skills:

·         BP project experience

·         Power BI

·         Experience in Trading, Operations, or Logistics

·         Data quality and data modeling knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead business analysis activities for data and operations initiatives.

·         Gather and document business/technical requirements and manage user stories/backlogs.

·         Support data operations, data quality, process improvements, and stakeholder communication.

·         Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to deliver project objectives.
