Job Description

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Global Supply Chain Solution Architect for Planning & Logistics to design and optimize end-to-end planning, distribution, and logistics capabilities across our worldwide network. In this role, you will define target processes, architect technology solutions (e.g., ERP, APS, and planning tools), and lead global deployments that enhance service, cost, and inventory performance. Partner with regional teams, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Support continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and standardization aligned with Abbott's mission-driven, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize global supply chain planning and logistics processes and solutions
  • Lead architecture and deployment of ERP and advanced planning systems across regions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical and process designs
  • Collaborate with IT, regional supply chain, and business leaders to align solutions with strategy
  • Develop and monitor key supply chain performance metrics and analytics
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across global operations
  • Ensure solution compliance with regulatory, quality, and security standards in healthcare
