Top Requirements

(Must haves)

  • 5 years'''' experience in product management working end to end
  • Experience in an ecommerce environment – understanding the different features that make up the customer journey (search & browse, product detail page, checkout flow, etc).
  • Experience with MarTech within retail environment and working with social media integrations is a plus
  • Experience utilizing AI
  • Strong discovery process – working with stakeholders, understanding nuances and business impact, build a roadmap within a project discovery board, etc.
  • Experience with Jira, specifically authoring effective JIRA stories for functional requirements, detailed acceptance criteria, UAT, helping with testing/tickets, and prioritization with delivery teams  
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – someone who can proactively bring ideas to the team to
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
