Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to develop and mature enterprise knowledge assets, improve service delivery, and enhance decision-making across government IT operations. You'll lead knowledge governance, reduce information silos, and ensure staff and partners have reliable access to accurate information. This role requires strong analytics, collaboration, and a service-oriented mindset to drive cross-agency knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

5+ years in knowledge management or information science with hands-on taxonomy, metadata schemas, and content classification
Experience integrating knowledge frameworks with intranets, portals, databases, or ITSM platforms
Proven ability to source, organize, and validate knowledge from diverse stakeholders and public-sector partners
Familiarity with enterprise content management, archiving/retention, and governance practices; ability to translate technical concepts into business language
Knowledge of KM tools, collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams), and standards (KCS, ITIL) plus strong written/verbal communication and project coordination
