Overview Intern, Data Analysis LOCATION: Cape Canaveral, FL JOB STATUS: Full-time CLEARANCE: BI investigation CERTIFICATION: N/A TRAVEL: Limited; as needed Must be US citizen

Position Summary The Data Processing & Analytics Intern will support plant biology and horticultural research activities, with an emphasis on processing, analyzing, and interpreting experimental and hyperspectral imaging data. The intern will work alongside scientists and researchers to organize datasets, perform data analysis, and assist with communicating research findings. Primary Responsibilities

  • Process, organize, analyze, and visualize plant biology, horticultural, and hyperspectral datasets.
  • Support interpretation and documentation of experimental results and trends.
  • Assist with statistical analysis and preparation of figures, tables, and other research outputs.
  • Support preparation and writing of technical reports, manuscripts, and peer-reviewed publications.
  • Assist researchers with addressing reviewer comments and revising manuscripts for publication.
  • Maintain organized datasets, analysis files, and supporting research documentation.
  • Collaborate with scientists and project team members to support ongoing research activities. Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in plant biology, horticulture, biological sciences, data science, or a related STEM field.
  • Familiarity with data processing, statistical analysis, and/or data visualization.
  • Experience or coursework involving plant science, hyperspectral imaging, remote sensing, or biological data analysis is preferred.
  • Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
