We're seeking a new eCommerce Assistant reporting to the Head of Digital ANZ based in ECCO's Support Office in Norwest. This role plays a key cross-channel role across all digital touchpoints, with a strong focus on the third-party marketplace and affiliate channels. This role is responsible for delivering the digital strategy that drives conversion, revenue growth, and profitability. The position also provides critical support to the owned and operated (O&O) eCommerce business.

About the role:Reporting to the Head of Digital ANZ, the eCommerce Assistant plays a key cross-channel role across all digital touchpoints, with a strong focus on the third-party marketplace and affiliate channels. This role is responsible for delivering the digital strategy that drives conversion, revenue growth, and profitability. The position also provides critical support to the owned and operated (O&O) eCommerce business.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Third Party Marketplace- Manage day-to-day operations, including returns, product updates, content accuracy, pricing checks to optimise performance and contribution margin.
- Oversee product listings to ensure new materials are frequently uploaded and categorised correctly.
- Execute and maintain marketplace promotions in line with agreed timelines.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including returns, product updates, content accuracy, pricing checks to optimise performance and contribution margin.
- Oversee product listings to ensure new materials are frequently uploaded and categorised correctly.
- Execute and maintain marketplace promotions in line with agreed timelines.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations.
- Analyse and optimise digital performance metrics which includes regular reporting and insights.
- Work with content to create digital assets for use across the website, Google Ads and other channels.
- Work with wider team on Googe Ads.
- Supporting eCommerce team on updating the website and the set up of promotions when needed.
- Keeping on top of competitor activity and promotions.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- 2-3 years' experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, ideally within retail or fashion.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and optimising online stores and third party marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of key digital marketing channels and hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Highly agile, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward independently.
- Curious and engaged in eCommerce, with a passion for how high-performing online stores are maintained.
