Human Resources Manager - Hospitality & Food Services

As Human Resources Manager for ARAMARK in our Hospitality & Travel division, you will lead HR and talent strategies that support outstanding guest and employee experiences. Partnering with operations leaders, you'll oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance across diverse client locations. You'll champion Aramark's culture of service, safety, teamwork, and inclusion while coaching managers, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company policies and labor regulations. This role offers growth, development, and the chance to shape people practices that positively impact clients and communities every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and daily HR operations for hospitality and travel accounts
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, staffing, and succession
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Oversee performance management, coaching, and corrective action
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety standards
• Coordinate benefits, leave management, and HRIS data integrity
• Drive DEI, engagement, and recognition initiatives aligned with Aramark culture
• Develop and deliver training on HR policies, leadership, and service excellence
• Support change management for new programs, contracts, and initiatives
• Use HR metrics to identify trends and recommend continuous improvement
