This role is centered around the exciting field of gearbox and electric motor assembly, providing a pathway to potential long-term employment.

The Role

• Assembling gearboxes and motors according to specifications
• Preparing and inspecting components for completeness and accuracy
• Reading and interpreting assembly drawings and parts lists
• Performing rework and adjustments on gearboxes
• Documenting installed components and process parameters

What You'll Need

• Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Assembly experience is beneficial but not required
• Willingness to work in a 2 or 3-shift system
• Reliable and meticulous work ethic
• Team player mentality
• Good command of the German language
