Surgical Scheduler

The Surgical Scheduler is responsible for the scheduling of all surgical procedures and the input of surgical data, utilizing a computerized scheduling system.

• Collects and inputs pertinent data related to all surgical procedures.
• Maintains accuracy of reports.
• Procedures  an accurately daily schedule.
• Serves as a liason between the Operating Room and other hospital departments and physician offices to facilitate the scheduling process.
• Maintain ORSOS system competency.
• Performs related duties as required

• Required:
  • Education: High School diploma

• Preferred:
  • Experience:
    • Previous scheduling experience preferred
    • Data entry experience preferred
