Position: Delivery Manager 

Location: Miami, FL (hybrid onsite 4 days)

Duration: 6+ Months contract to hire

LOCATION: Tech Hub - 2 S Biscayne 
Onsite 4x a week and remote Friday

She is looking for someone with strong coaching and people-development skills.
Candidates with cruise industry experience are preferred.
The team supports the Digital App Lifecycle, so experience working in a digital environment is important.
The role is focused less on project delivery and more on leadership, people management, and coaching. Because the team includes many individual contributors, she needs a leader who can provide the coaching and guidance she currently does not have the capacity to offer.
From a Program Delivery perspective, we are looking for a strong delivery leader who can:
Lead large scale transformation and delivery initiatives across multiple teams
Oversee and coach a team, including two Project Leads who will report into this role
Drive execution, accountability, and alignment across cross functional stakeholders
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to delivery teams while helping elevate overall team performance
Navigate complex dependencies, risks, and organizational change initiatives
In addition to strong delivery and transformation experience, it is important that candidates have demonstrated people leadership experience and a track record of coaching and developing team members.
