At the Francisco Ortiz agency of GreatFlorida Insurance, we believe that insurance is about more than just numbers on a page—it is about helping our neighbors in Orlando protect what matters most to them. When you join our office, you are not just an employee; We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude to work every day and genuinely enjoys helping others find the right coverage. Manage incoming inquiries from prospective clients and explain the benefits of various insurance policies. Prepare and deliver quotes for home, auto, and commercial insurance products.

Process policy changes, answer billing questions, and assist clients with their day-to-day needs. Participate in local community outreach to help grow our brand presence throughout the Orlando area. Valid Florida 2-20 or 440 Property Casualty Insurance License. Strong comfort level with quoting software and policy management systems. Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize daily tasks. High attention to detail when reviewing policies and coverage limits. Previous experience in a retail or professional insurance office setting is helpful.
