Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy Copilot Studio agents, topics, actions, knowledge sources, and generative AI capabilities.
• Develop workflows and applications using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and custom connectors.
• Implement LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, grounding, and enterprise knowledge integration.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Graph, Teams, SharePoint, and REST APIs.
• Develop AI-powered analytics using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and DAX.
• Implement security, governance, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, DLP, and responsible AI practices.
• Manage ALM, testing, deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform development.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Azure AI, Power Automate, Dataverse, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and DAX.
• Expertise in enterprise security, governance, testing, and deployment.
