The cleaning team ensures that all physical workspaces remain safe, pristine and fully operational to support day-to-day business functions. The team oversees facility upkeep, maintaining first-class physical environments across extensive workspace areas.

This role focuses on delivering high standards of cleanliness across office floors, breakout hubs and communal facilities. Daily duties include performing thorough sanitisation routines, operating specialised machinery and maintaining essential supply levels in line with established health and safety procedures.

This position is offered on a part-time basis, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 5pm and 11pm.

• Working knowledge of COSHH regulations and manual handling safety standards
• Competence in operating industrial floor machinery, including buffer machines and carpet cleaners
• Proven track record of working to high standards of cleanliness with keen attention to detail
• Sound capability to work independently using initiative to prioritise tasks
• Basic computer literacy

• Execute scheduled cleaning tasks across the office, meeting rooms, breakout spaces and washrooms
• Vacuum, mop, empty waste bins and conduct thorough high and low-level dusting throughout the building
• Operate specialist floor maintenance equipment, including buffers and carpet extraction machines
• Replenish consumable supplies and monitor stock levels across all communal facilities
• Comply with all COSHH and Manual Handling health and safety protocols during daily activities
• Complete designated tasks set by the Facilities Services management team in a timely manner
