Advanced Operations Coordinator
Location: Harwich, CO12
Duration: 6 months Minimum
Rate: £17ph
Hours of Work: 7 on 7 off working between 6am and 6pm so need to be local and drive due to the location
Our client, a leading organisation in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Advanced Operations Coordinator for a 6-month initial contract based in Harwich, Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for meticulous administration and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer technical and commercial record-keeping with a clear separation of costs between service and warranty activities.
- Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance tasks in collaboration with field staff and customers using the SAP system.
- Develop and maintain efficient daily and weekly plans for the site team, optimising the deployment of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs).
- Conduct technical verification and collate time data to initiate billing and parts replenishment.
- Ensure all maintenance and troubleshooting activities align with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Co-ordinate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation to comply with UK legislation.
- Maintain comprehensive record-keeping, reporting, and documentation archives to support service and maintenance history.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong administration skills with a meticulous approach.
- Proficient in computer skills; SAP knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent Excel capabilities and effective communication skills.
