Job Description

Brand Partnerships & Activations Manager

New York, NY (hybrid)

About SERHANT.

SERHANT. is the most followed real estate brand in the world, calibrated for the marketplace of tomorrow, delivering proven results for buyers, sellers, and developers. SERHANT. revolutionizes the traditional brokerage model by innovating through media and content creation and is powered by a full-service in-house film studio as well as an amplification platform that puts our properties in front of more people than anyone else.

SERHANT. Studios is a full-service creative and marketing agency that creates unique, high-impact content strategically designed to resonate with the largest real estate audience in the world.

About the Role

SERHANT. is looking for a Brand Partnerships & Activations Manager to join our Brand team and help bring high-impact partnerships, campaigns, and brand moments to life.

This role sits at the intersection of brand partnerships, content, experiential marketing, and creative execution. You’ll help manage key external partnerships from concept through execution, oversee content and deliverables tied to select brand deals, and work across the company to turn creative ideas into memorable campaigns and experiences.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized and execution-minded, but also has strong creative instincts and an understanding of what makes a brand culturally relevant. You should be just as comfortable managing a detailed content calendar as you are developing an activation concept, coordinating with creative teams, communicating with partners, or keeping a fast-moving campaign on track.

This is an opportunity to work across some of SERHANT.’s most visible brand initiatives and play an important rolein how the brand shows up with partners, audiences, and culture.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of partnerships across SERHANT., Ryan Serhant, and our broader brand ecosystem.
Manage day-to-day communication, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and execution for select brand partners.
Help identify and source new partnership opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship development.
Contribute to partnership concepts, proposals, presentations, and creative ideas that go beyond traditional sponsorships.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure partnership commitments are delivered at a high standard.
Take day-to-day ownership of content programs associated with select brand partnerships.
Review content for quality, accuracy, brand alignment, tone of voice, and creative standards.
Coordinate feedback and revision rounds between partners, internal teams, talent, and other stakeholders.
Help develop and execute creative brand activations, campaigns, experiences, and cultural moments throughout the year.
Turn early-stage creative concepts into actionable plans, managing the details required to bring ideas to life.
Support experiential activations, special events, collaborations, custom products and merchandise, company moments, and integrated brand campaigns.
Coordinate vendors, partners, budgets, timelines, logistics, creative assets, production needs, and internal stakeholders.
*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, experiential marketing, integrated marketing, content, creative production, or a related field.
Strong project management skills with the ability to own multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working with external partners.
Strong creative judgment and an understanding of brand, content, social media, and culture.
Experience managing content calendars, creative approvals, or production workflows.
Ability to take an idea from concept to execution and proactively identify what needs to happen next.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, production, social, marketing, and business teams.
Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
An interest in partnerships that create genuine value for both the brand and the audience - not simply transactional sponsorships.

Skills

Equal parts creative thinker and operator.
Love turning ambitious ideas into real-world execution.
Can manage the details without losing sight of the larger brand vision.
Understand what makes content and experiences feel premium, relevant, and culturally interesting.
Are comfortable taking ownership and keeping projects moving without waiting to be told every next step.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $75,000.00 USD.
