Social Media Manager

This role is with KLG, a global leader in international education. KLG is now owned by Inspirit Capital and continues to deliver world-class educational experiences through its international network of schools and university partners.

Kaplan Languages Group (KLG) is a world-class language education platform operating over 20 schools across 8 countries. We deliver premium academic, professional, and language travel programmes to students from over 140 countries. We're looking for a Social Media strategic marketer who understands that brands don't grow through advertising alone, they grow through communities, creators, partnerships and authentic conversations.

You'll shape how our brands are discovered, experienced and talked about across social media, creator communities and strategic partnerships.

On influencer, you build a year-round programme that brings creators to our schools to tell authentic stories. On partnerships, you grow a network of affiliates and brand partners that extend our reach.

You’re also the team’s eyes and ears in local markets — identifying PR opportunities, supporting regional fairs, and ensuring global campaigns land effectively. As a French speaker, you play a key role in quality-checking non-English marketing content alongside your assistant.

Positively Languages launches as a new brand in November, and you’ll be building our social presence and creator network from day one.

• Substantial experience in social media management, ideally across multiple brands or markets.

• Proven experience building and managing influencer marketing programmes.

• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.

• Experience managing or mentoring a junior team member.

• Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities.

• Experience with social listening and scheduling tools such as Brandwatch.

• Fluency in French and strong English; additional European language skills are a significant advantage.

• Confidence working with budgets and reporting on return on investment.

• A keen eye for brand consistency across languages and channels.
