CPE Managed Services Technician is responsible for supporting customer premise networking equipment through configuration, fulfillment, inventory management, and troubleshooting activities. This role analyzes and resolves network failures and outages, supports customer activations and migrations, and ensures accurate system documentation across multiple platforms. The position requires security clearance for customers where proprietary or sensitive information is involved in configuration and internal communications.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required Qualifications
Experience supporting networking equipment in a configuration, fulfillment, or operations environment.
Working knowledge of IP networking concepts and customer premise equipment.
Experience operating in multiple enterprise systems and databases.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to manage escalations and work effectively with internal and external partners.
Security clearance is required for this position.
Experience with SONET / DWDM will be added advantage 
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MS Stager or similar configuration platforms.
Prior experience supporting regulated or security sensitive customer environments.
Inventory management or warehouse operations experience.
