The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support to residents.
• Prepare and conduct one-on-one and group activities for residents.
• Assist residents with daily living challenges.
• Implement documentation and care planning processes.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are adhered to.
• Contribute to the professional guidance and development of care assistants, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric or general healthcare nurse.
• Additional qualification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
• Enthusiasm for working with the elderly and individuals requiring care.
• Empathy and a strong sense of responsibility.
