The Role • Provide individual and activating social support to residents. • Prepare and conduct one-on-one and group activities for residents. • Assist residents with daily living challenges. • Implement documentation and care planning processes. • Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals. • Ensure quality assurance measures are adhered to. • Contribute to the professional guidance and development of care assistants, trainees, and interns.
