Location: Collegeville, Pennsylvania- Onsite

An experienced interior designer who can independently develop design concepts, prepare accurate technical drawings, manage client relationships, and coordinate project execution. The strongest candidate will combine design creativity with technical AutoCAD proficiency and practical project coordination.

About the Role

The employer designs, manufactures, and distributes eyewear and optical products. The Senior Interior Designer will manage client projects from initial design through post-installation, prepare design and construction drawings, and coordinate with sales and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounts throughout the design and post-installation process.

Develop and present design options for space planning, ceilings, lighting, furniture, and finishes.

Prepare client sign-off packages and construction drawings.

Create, revise, and maintain drawings using AutoCAD.

Respond to client and contractor questions.

Coordinate projects with internal departments.

Support sales representatives with presentations, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.

Maintain CRM records and project correspondence.

Stay informed about interior design trends, materials, and products.

Mandatory Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.

At least 5 years of interior design, space planning, or commercial design experience.

Strong 2D and 3D AutoCAD skills.

Advanced knowledge of interior design principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with purchase orders.

Sales experience within a design role is an advantage.
