The Role • Drive sales and build brand awareness through engaging customer interactions and live product demonstrations. • Conduct product sampling and showcase new items to consumers in a retail environment. • Work primarily on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) to capitalize on peak shopping traffic. • Support management with operational tasks as needed. • Execute in-store events and provide an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Need • Exceptional friendliness, enthusiasm, and comfort interacting with diverse customers and store management. • Availability for at least 2 shifts per weekend, covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, a minimum of 3 weekends per month. • Ability to stand for up to 6 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. • Comfort preparing and handling food products, maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment. • Reliable transportation to reach various retail locations. • Strong customer service skills and a collaborative spirit. • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Commitment to prioritizing safety in a retail setting.
