We are seeking a dedicated and experienced physician to join a leading national psychosomatic clinic, renowned for its comprehensive treatment of adolescents and its role as the third-largest psychosomatic clinic in Germany. You will be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality care in an exceptional work environment.

The Role

• Take on initial specialist leadership responsibilities on the psychosomatic youth ward with a future path to full specialist leadership.
• Gradually assume responsibility for clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents.
• Represent the Chief Physician in a senior consultant capacity and contribute significantly to ward development.
• Conduct supervision for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training to foster their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervisions to ensure high standards of care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of training as an assistant doctor in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with completed or advanced therapy training.
• A passion for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, nurses, educators, and therapists.
• Experience or a strong interest in leadership roles within a clinical setting.
• A commitment to providing excellent patient care and supporting the development of junior staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
