We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for an intensive care unit within a leading academic medical center renowned for its advanced technology and comprehensive patient care. The Role

• Provide optimal and safe patient care using modern medical technology on intensive care units.
• Utilize advanced equipment including ventilators, monitoring systems, and dialysis machines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary and cross-professional teamwork for holistic patient care.
• Benefit from a structured onboarding process of up to 3 months with a dedicated tutor.
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities through the institution's own Carus Academy, specializing in intensive care needs.
• Contribute to patient care in various critical areas such as Anesthesia, Surgery, Neurology, and Internal Medicine.

What You'll Need

• Successful qualification as a Registered Nurse or equivalent healthcare professional.
• Specialized training in anesthesia and intensive care nursing is preferred, but not essential.
• A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility, commitment, and a positive attitude towards interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience in intensive medicine is a plus; ambitious junior nurses are also welcome.
• For international applicants: minimum B2 German language proficiency and recognition of foreign qualifications.
