Job Description

Mystery Monks is a cloud video production company, offering video production packages to startups and corporates. Our platform, MM Studio, provides a seamless experience for clients to get their videos delivered by experienced creative directors and teams. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team of freelance sales professionals.


Your Role

  • Reach out to high-quality leads generated through ads and propose solutions using our packages (meaning leads will be provided to you).
  • Create custom quotes for bulk orders or unique requirements.
  • Follow up with assigned leads at least twice a week and update their status in the CRM.
  • Self-assign leads from the available pool after making initial contact.
  • Manage client payments, including getting pro forma invoices generated, final invoices created, and following up for payment collection.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software to manage leads, deals, and sales pipelines
  • A passion for selling digital services


Compensation

  • 15% commission on each sale
  • Commission is released within 4 business days after project completion and payment from the client
  • You may also be eligible for a fixed monthly pay of Rs 10,000. This will depend on your overall experience and the amount of time you can give here.
