• Valid Business License, LLC or Inc
• Worker's Compensation Insurance
• General Liability Insurance and Hired/ Non Owned Auto
• Federal EIN #
• Other verifiable business
• 18 years of age minimum
• Favorable background investigation results
• You can not be a sole proprietor
