Senior Kofax Developer / Kofax TotalAgility Technical Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • 10+ years of Kofax/Tungsten Automation experience.
  • 5+ years of Kofax TotalAgility experience.
  • 10+ years of Kofax Capture experience.
  • 5+ years of KTM experience.
  • 8+ years of .NET development experience.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, REST APIs, AWS, OCR, and enterprise document processing platforms.
  • Configure OCR/ICR engines.
  • Implement content-based, layout-based, and script-based classification.
  • Develop extraction solutions using format locators, advanced zone locators, script locators, and table extraction techniques.
  • Maintain and optimize knowledge bases and validation rules.
  • Tungsten Total Agility (KTA)
  • Kofax Capture
  • Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM)
  • Kofax Process Insight
  • C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core
  • REST APIs and Web Services
  • SQL Server and Oracle
  • AWS Cloud
  • AI-enabled Intelligent Document Processing

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, architect, and implement enterprise-scale IDP and Capture solutions using Tungsten Total Agility (KTA).
  • Develop business processes, embedded processes, subprocesses, process fragments, business rules, custom forms, work queues, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Configure and support Kofax Capture and KTM environments.
  • Implement document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation capabilities.
  • Develop REST API integrations with ECM, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, estimation, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

  • Experience leading onsite/offshore teams.
  • Architecture and solution design experience.
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
  • Banking and Insurance domain experience.
  • Kofax/Tungsten certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Abilit y to drive technical discussions with business and client teams.
  • Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
