Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing SailPoint IAM solutions to support enterprise identity governance, access management, and security requirements.

The candidate should have strong programming experience in Java, BeanShell, XML, and REST APIs, along with hands-on experience developing SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, provisioning processes, and application integrations.

Experience with identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, access certifications, and enterprise IAM integrations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

·         Design, develop, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions based on business and security requirements.

·         Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, lifecycle events, and provisioning processes.

·         Implement identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML).

·         Develop custom SailPoint rules using BeanShell, Java, and other scripting technologies.

·         Configure and customize SailPoint connectors for enterprise applications.

·         Perform application onboarding and integration with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, HR systems, and SaaS applications.

·         Develop and maintain identity aggregation, correlation, provisioning, and reconciliation processes.

·         Implement automated user provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and approval workflows.

·         Configure and maintain access certification campaigns, entitlement management, and role-based access controls.

·         Develop REST API and web service integrations to connect SailPoint with external applications and enterprise systems.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint application integration, provisioning, workflow, and production issues.

·         Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

·         Collaborate with IAM architects, business analysts, application owners, and security teams.

·         Participate in technical design, code reviews, deployment, and production support activities.

·         Prepare technical documentation and support IAM implementation and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

·         5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

·         Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

·         Experience in SailPoint development, customization, configuration, and implementation.

·         Strong programming experience in Java, J2EE, and BeanShell.

·         Experience developing SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, lifecycle events, and provisioning logic.

·         Hands-on experience with SailPoint connectors and application onboarding.

·         Experience with identity aggregation, correlation, reconciliation, and provisioning.

·         Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management and Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.

·         Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and enterprise applications.

·         Experience with REST APIs, web services, XML, JSON, and SQL.

·         Knowledge of access certifications, entitlement management, RBAC, and access governance.

·         Experience troubleshooting and resolving IAM integration and production issues.

·         Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

·         Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow.

·         Experience integrating SailPoint with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.

·         Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

·         Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

·         Familiarity with IAM security standards and compliance requirements.

·         SailPoint certification is a plus.
