In three years, we’ve grown from a pub-table idea into an eight-figure business, and we’re on a mission to make WeBuyVintage a brand everyone recognises.
The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Antiques & Jewellery Operations Assistant to help manage the flow of stock through our warehouse.

Moving inventory between intake, storage, photography, and dispatch areas
Labelling and organising items accurately

Who We’re Looking For:
You’ll be great in this role if you have:
A hardworking attitude, and you are dependable with a strong work ethic
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A team player mentality with a positive attitude
We’re more interested in attitude than experience—if you’re proactive, reliable, and ready to get stuck in, you’ll fit right in.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
Organised with good attention to detail
Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
Desirable:
Previous warehouse or stock experience
