Business Analyst/Project Manager

Introduction:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst/Project Manager with expertise in Credit risk, counterparty credit, counterparty attributes, Credit/limits dashboards, credit reports account, and Global Product Rollouts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our team, working on various projects related to credit risk management and product rollouts.Banking 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to credit risk management.
• Develop and maintain credit/limits dashboards and credit reports account to track and monitor credit exposure.
• Lead global product rollouts, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new products.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate credit risk exposure.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve business objectives.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement of credit risk management practices.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Credit risk, counterparty credit, and counterparty attributes.
• Strong proficiency in developing credit/limits dashboards and credit reports account.
• Experience in leading Global Product Rollouts.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Experience working in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit risk management.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
