Senior ServiceNow Developer SC Cleared HRSD

We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Senior ServiceNow Developer with HRSD implementation experience to support the delivery and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions within a secure public sector environment.
You'll combine hands-on development expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, working closely with senior business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, case management, workflows and integrations.
Experience working with on-premise ServiceNow environments is highly desirable.
Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Deliver HRSD capabilities including Employee Centre, HR Case Management and Lifecycle Events.
• Provide technical leadership on scripting, integrations and platform design.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to shape requirements and solution outcomes.
• Develop workflows, automations, forms, catalog items and employee experiences.
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Promote ServiceNow development best practices, code quality and upgrade-safe design.
• Support ServiceNow governance and contribute to the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.

Essential Experience

• Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
• Strong ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
• Extensive ServiceNow development and scripting expertise, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes and Flow Designer.
• Experience developing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Experience working within a ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE) or governed enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, platform governance and upgrade-safe design principles.
• Experience supporting on-premise and/or highly secure ServiceNow environments.
• Confident engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering solutions within complex enterprise or public sector environments.
