Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Establish client relationships, support and follow up with clients.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies etc. Maintain a strong daily work ethics with total commitment to success. Develop new financial services opportunities with both new and existing clients. Frequently asked QAs;
What kind of training will I receive ? You will recieve hands on training and development with our exclusive training system. Is prior Insurance sales experience required? No.

You do not need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply, We will provide all product and sale straining that you will need to be successful and reimburse the right candidate for any licensing required. We provide all the leads and our sales people do not have to reach out to friends and family and ask for business. Is this a commission only position? Absolutely not. Our compenstation plan is unmatched, and we offer a base salary with uncapped commission potential and attractive bonuses. What can I reasonably expect to make the first year? I you follow our sale process, at the very least you can make $70,000 with your base salary, commission and bonuses. Requirements
Proven track record of winning. Sales experience or client facing background is preferred. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. An active Property Casualty insurance license is a plus. We will be willing to help license the right talent.
