The Role

• Replacing and repairing vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Taking on a leadership role responsible for technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Providing customer service from order intake to vehicle return.
• Managing invoicing, customer funds, and order processing.
• Conducting quality assurance, inventory management, and ensuring audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade and relevant professional experience, preferably as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undergo training for a specialized technical role or already hold the required certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills.
• Proficient PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, fostering trust and collaboration.
