The Role

• Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Assist with general service tasks to support dining operations.
• Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of events and activities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas.
• Uphold our values of professionalism, warmth, and dedication in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in a kitchen or service role, ideally with a hospitality background.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for working with people.
• A strong sense of service and quality, with an understanding of resident needs.
• Good communication skills in German.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
