Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
Location:South of England,mainly Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Kent, Devon etc. although expect reasonable travel to further areas throughout the region.
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1730 (Overtime Opportunities).

Job Description:
We are currently looking for aNursecallField Engineer to join our team and help us to provide the highest quality of installation and maintenance service of nurse call systems.
This role willgenerally coversome semi-national travel however you should be based in the South of England (e.g.Oxfordshire, Hampshire area or similar).
It'stypical to have up to a2-hourcommuteto the job.Occasionallytravel further afield will berequired,e.g.to Ise of Wight.
You must consider that there could be installations up toMidlandsarea or beyond, however we will try to limit your work area to the South of England where possible.
You must have strong nurse call experience, ideally on Wireless Nurse Call Systems such as Medicare Systems, Courtney Thorne, ARM,etc.Whilstwired Nurse Call experience is also valid, we would prefer some wireless experience where possible. Experienceonfire alarms or other addressable call systems is acceptable.
This is ahands-onroll - you will be issued tools and be hands-on, so being confident and practical isa must. Technical competence is something that can always be worked on, but you must be able todemonstrateyou have confidence and a good grounding in nurse call.
You must be technically literate andcompetentwith modern technology, e.g. an understanding of Android, basic IP addressing / networking, Microsoft Windows etc. - we aren't expecting you to be a software developer, but we need to ensure you are happy troubleshooting Microsoft Windows onWiFiconnection issues, software updates and installing filesetcwhich is required for some Microsoft Windows based Nurse Call systems.
Experience, Knowledge and understanding of networks and IP based systems is desirable.
About The Role:
As aNursecallField Engineer, you willbe responsible forservicing existingnursecallsystems (Mainly Medicare andIntercall), as well as new installations of their HARISNursecallsystemacrossthe North of England. This willbe includingfault finding to resolve problems, programming call points, replacing effected components and installing new peripherals. This is entirely within adult social careenvironments(care homes, nursing homesetc).
You may also need to install a small number of data cables tofacilitatenurse call equipment, so you should be confident inchasewalls, drilling holes, running andterminatingdata cables
Key Duties:
Testingnursecallsystem functionality to faultfindissues
Setting up new display screens and call points to replace faulty units
Providingon sitetraining on system functionality
Installing new peripherals and accessories on nurse call systems
Installing new nurse call systems
Running a small amount of CAT5e/CAT6 Data Cables to support new hardware installations
Investigating Wi-Fi or other IT faults
Racking and patching IT equipment in data cabinets
You will be the face ofthe company whilst on site with customers, so great people skills will be important - often in a technical situation, customers will look to you for help and guidance, so being able to translate complex terms to simple explanations for non-technical staff is a great skill.

Candidate Requirements:
Full UK drivinglicense
Pass a DBS Basic Disclosure (formally referred to as a CRB check)
Have a fluent competency in English
