Role: Project Manager (Risk & Controls)
Location: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid 3-4 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Interview: Face-to-Face (Local Candidates Only)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Risk & Controls within the Banking/Financial Services domain.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Risk & Controls and Financial Services Compliance
• Hands-on experience conducting Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)
• Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks
• Experience analyzing KPI, KRI, and KCI metrics
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and remediation tracking
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, and issue escalation skills
• Excellent communication and project management experience

Location Requirement:

• Must be local to Whippany, NJ or nearby states.
• Must be able to work onsite 3-4 days per week.
• Face-to-Face interview is mandatory.
