The Role • Organize and structure the daily clinic routine to ensure smooth operations for patients and staff. • Conduct co-therapeutic sessions, building upon individual and group therapy themes. • Provide crisis intervention and be a first point of contact for acute patient needs. • Lead therapy groups focused on relaxation, mindfulness, social skills, and more. • Offer therapeutic support during meals for patients with eating disorders. • Participate in shift work to ensure continuous patient care and support. What You'll Need • Completed training as an Erzieher or Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d). • Ideally, experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or residential group care. • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families. • A keen interest in continuous professional development and learning.
