Technical Designer

Pay Range: $46.2/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in or independently own fittings, write fit comments, and provide pattern corrections.
• Manage a product category or area of responsibility while conducting fittings.
• Develop technical specifications and communicate fit to vendors/factories for approvals and corrections.
• Make adjustments with factories to ensure the integrity of design-approved prototypes while monitoring quality and targeted price.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in technical design, with a strong hands-on background in the field.
• Experience with sleepwear is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Centric PLM, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Flex PLM.
• Centric PLM training or hands-on experience is a plus.
• A strong technical foundation and the ability to work independently while continuing to grow within the team.
