We are looking for an experienced

Senior Account Manager
to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, driving account growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory. Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Develop strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution. Monitor campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to clients. Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Conduct regular strategy meetings and business reviews with clients.

Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency (mandatory). Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Paid Advertising. Excellent client relationship management and communication skills. Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
