Description:
Key Responsibilities

• Support, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Qlik Sense, Qlik Cloud, and ZenOptics.
• Partner with 5+ business departments to understand analytical requirements and deliver reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Provide guidance and support for business intelligence, data visualization, and self-service analytics initiatives.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing dashboards, reports, and analytics applications.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to drive adoption and maximize business value from analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Warehousing, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense, Qlik Cloud, and ZenOptics.
• Proven experience supporting multiple business functions and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, dashboard development, reporting, and analytics best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments.
• Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Experience working directly with business leaders to define and implement analytics strategies.
