 Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving successful project delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership abilities and a strong background in program management.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the program lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex programs and projects.
