Job: - Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer- (Must have Baseline Clearance)

Duration: - 12 Months (Potential Extensions)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer, with Strong experience in Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus, Web Services and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADFS) for a long-term contract role with a Federal Agency.

Required Skills
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware development specialist
  • Demonstrated experience in development in Oracle Fusion Middleware services; and Building integration services for various systems such as Siebel, SAP, OPA, IDM, and/or ADFS
  • Extensive experience with the following FMW technologies; Oracle SOA Suite 12C, Oracle Service Bus, BPEL, Mediator, Oracle Web Service Manager, Oracle API Gateway/IBM Data Power, JDeveloper, Web Services, WSDL/WADL, SOAP, XSLT, XQUERY, XML, REST/JSON, Java, Oracle RDBMS 12c and PL/SQL development.
  • Proven experience in the design and documentation of WSDL/WADL (SOAP/REST) based services, including preparing of Service Contract and Interface Mapping documents, applying standards and best practise patterns
  • Sound experience with configuration and hosting services in Web Logic Server, Oracle API Gateway and/or IBM Data Power
Responsibilities
  • Perform and manage analysis, design, development, prototyping, unit testing and maintenance activities
  • Perform high-level analysis of technical requirements to support project evaluation with proposed solutions
  • Manage the release and ensure go-live production support and maintenance for the team's developments
  • Proactively share knowledge and expertise as the subject matter expert, and provide assistance and mentorship to less experienced colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with endorsed software development methodologies
  • Provide support to development teams to ensure high quality custom solution realisation
  • Lead and manage the operations of a team including overseeing work priorities and resource management
  • Maintain and support existing system/technology to support day-to-day operation
  • Report on the achievement of business outcomes, key performance indicators and quality assurance in the area of responsibility
Visa Status and Security Clearance
  • Candidates must have Baseline Clearance and must be able to obtain NV1 Clearance.
  • Working arrangements: - (Hybrid)
  • Contract length up to 12 months with up to a maximum of 24 months potential extensions.
  • Working arrangements: - Candidates must work onsite full time for the first 6 weeks. A flexible hybrid arrangement may then be considered
  • Candidates residing address is within reasonable travel time and distance of the RFQ location to present onsite in cases of emergency or to meet business requirements.
