The Role
- Contribute to the design and development of advanced embedded systems within multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop software for various microarchitectures, including DSP, ARM, and RISC-V.
- Create software for multi-core embedded systems, ranging from bare metal to Linux environments.
- Build and document test plans, procedures, and software requirements specifications.
- Write low-level code (e.g., C) to interface with hardware components and registers.
- Validate hardware performance and operation under nominal and stress conditions.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 4+ years of software development experience, including strong C/C++ for embedded systems.
- Experience using Integrated Development Environments and build tools (e.g., VS Code, GCC, CMake).
- Strong understanding of hardware-software interaction and computer architecture.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools.
- Demonstrated ability and motivation to continually learn new technical skills.
- Active Secret level security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
