The Role

• Lead the technical development of radar and radar data processing software for air traffic control systems.
• Conduct technical investigations for new feature enhancements and customer-requested changes.
• Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation for customer deliverables and internal processes.
• Provide support to field teams during the rapid deployment of radar systems.
• Travel domestically and internationally on an as-needed basis (less than 15%).

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in safety-critical or mission-critical industries.
• Familiarity with the development of safety-critical software systems.
• Experience with server software application development, particularly in Linux environments.
• Proficient with data processing and tool development using MATLAB.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
